Healthy Ice-Cream?

Does it really exist?

While this bombshell is incredibly delicious, it contains no dairy, no sugar (other than natural fruit sugar), its vegan, it cures your sweet tooth and it includes chocolate.

Does it get any better?

You will thank me later for this one, I can promise you. 

Ingredients:

2 Frozen bananas

1/2 cup of raw walnuts

2 tsp of Raw cacao powder

Sprinkle of cinnamon

1 TBS of Almond, rice or coconut milk

Sprinkle raw cacao nibs on top (optional)

Directions:

Place it in a blender (Blendtec and Vitamixor food processor are the best). I usually have a nice selection of frozen, ripe organic products in the freezer waiting to be used for this or smoothies.

Blend

Sprinkle with cacao nibs (love these!)

Enjoy right away if you can’t wait, or stick it back in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden it up a little. I prefer to put it back in the freezer for a bit, as it makes it that much more perfect.

It’s the most simple and quick recipe I’ve made – and it is delicious, and it's insanely healthy.

 With only a few ingredients and a blender, you can feel like you’re chowing down on heaven sent ice cream — but in reality there is no cream at all.

Instead of using your old banana's for bread, cut them up, put them in the freezer and do yourself a favor and make this ASAP!
