-organic - cocao beans are known to be heavily sprayed -raw - which means it is unpasteurized (not heated, which makes it devoid of all it's healthy promoting properties) -80% cocao content or greater. I actually prefer 100% or raw cocao nibs. Or make my own with organic date pieces.
