The KICKSTART. Have a cup of this and you will be saying coffee what?
I had to cut coffee out last year, for health reasons, and have craved that warm, roasty, toasty feel of a good cup of coffee. I used to be highly addicted...more on that later.
Enter in this beauty. Now some organic coffee here and there is A-OK, but it can be very hard on the liver and is very acid forming. Which allows free radicals to multiply, inflammation to increase and in time can wreak havoc on all of your systems. Now this does have caffeine in it, BUT it doesn't have the same affect on your body which is the critical key.
