The simplest health tips of them all. As human beings we love to over complicate things, myself included. It's a natural state of being, as are brains are beautiful, complex and highly capable of rationalizing, problem solving and computing. What is that new superfood seed (Pirella seeds anyone?), how many calories are in that?, what are the macro + micro nutrients of my meal?, and the questions and lists go on for infinity. BUT at the end of the day, all we need to start is to lay a simple and solid foundation for our HEALTH. Further research, depth and knowledge comes to those who seek it, and want to reach another level, but for MANY healthy beings this. is. enough. Of course there will always be more - new superfoods, vitamins, brain boosters, algae, the optimal 'diet' and 'workout'. . . but for now start here. It's really as easy as 1, 2, 3. . .

0 - Hours of television 1 - Hour of exercise 2 - Liters of water 3 - Cups of green tea (metabolism boosting) 4 - Short mental and breathing breaks a day 5- Small meals of whole, unprocessed, organic (when possible) food from nature (3 meals, 2 snacks) 6 - AM wake up time 7 - Minutes of laughter ( at least!! ) 8 - Hours of sleep 9- PM shut off phone / computer + grab a book and wind down with a cup of tea 10 - Things you're grateful for

Simplicity. Becoming healthier shouldn't be a stress, and if it is take a step back and get back to the basics. Bring your awareness back into your body, and ask yourself what YOU need.

What do YOU want AND need? 100% responsibility for yourself. Only you know how you're feeling. Shut off the voices around you, and in your head, and listen to your intuition . . .
