Our minds are so powerful. What we think, we become. What we say becomes our reality. What we affirm becomes our destiny. You can change your whole destiny by changing your habits. All it takes is one small simple shift in perception, and committing to that shift in perception, over and over, to change everything. You are the author of your life - what stories will you write?
This applies to anything in your life - your health, eating patterns, exercise, relationships, skin, finances, job, friendships, spiritual health, self love practices.... everything really. What are you constantly telling yourself in your head about all of the above? Is it positive or negative?

I really resonate with these quotes because they have been part of my healing journey. For many years I felt like like a leaf floating through life. I was lost in my illness and felt trapped by my body, which started to control my mind and thoughts.
To really heal I had to think that I was already healed, affirming it and committing to living a healthy lifestyle every single moment. I flooded my body with positive thoughts, nourishing foods and endless self love on the daily. It doesn't happen automatically, and it doesn't always come easy! It has taken me years to get to where I am today. So do not stress about not being where you want to be! You will get there.
It's something that I work on all the time. Sometimes my thoughts can run away on me, and it's coming back to the truth, quieting my mind and letting emotions rise and then letting the go. And constantly reminding myself that everything that I do, think or say is creating my reality.
Our minds are ever powerful, so don't ever think anything is ever out of reach or your control.
