2013 is going to be the year of challenges. I've been active my whole life, but want to amp it up this year. Try different activities, and push myself a bit harder.
It is important to get the heart pumping, but it is more important to do something you LOVE. Whether it is long walks on the beach, an at home pilates routine or an intense Moksha yoga class. Listen to your heart, your body, be gentle with yourself and just.get.moving.
