HOW TO INSPIRE YOURSELF.
Are you inspired on a daily basis? What brings you this inspiration?
It differs for many as inspiration can be found just about everywhere you look, IF you are looking for it. That is the key though: keep your eyes open. Too often we miss beautiful sources of inspiration as our mind is focused elsewhere (negative thoughts, destructive self talk, worry, anxiety, unhappiness, daily chores, pain...). Those thoughts can so easily take over our brain space (the brain can only hold onto ONE conscious thought at a time, so make it positive) AND make it a point to TRULY see what is around you, now this isn't always possible, but be conscious of it.

blogs books magazines travel films PEOPLE around you nature (huge) children art music youtube big cities history exercise religion inspiring projects dreams social media meditation photographs google success stories LIFE, everywhere.
Remember that inspiration isn't just a one time thing, you need it on a daily basis and it usually takes practice. You have to train your brain and your mind to focus in on these sources and to reap the FULL benefits of your surroundings. It's not always easy, but anything worthwhile usually isn't.
I am going to share a few small tips on how I keep the inspiration coming DAILY:
Surround yourself with inspiring people – call or text a friend who you know will uplift you and provide you with some words of wisdom, make a tea date with them, remember the fact- you become like the 5 people you spend the most time with - CHOOSE wisely.
Read daily – this is a must for me! I am a nerd from another planet. I love reading from blogs to magazines to books of all kinds.
Get outside – nature is one of my biggest inspirations, and you’ll miss it if you’re inside all day!
Talk with new people – they’ll always expose you to new and interesting things, if you’re open to it.
Break out of your routine – see things from a different perspective. Take a new route home. Go to a new restaurant. Visit someplace new in your area. Listen to new music. Read a new book/magazine about a topic that interests you.
Find time for silence – it’s more inspiring than you might think. Unfortunately, not enough of us do it. (I do this every morning and evening. Close my eyes and express gratitude and thankfulness for my days).
Exercise – or at least get moving. It helps the blood to circulate, and gets ideas flowing.
These are just a few small things I will try to do on a daily basis. The most important thing is the take ACTION. We can't expect things to jump out at us, or people to approach us. We have to seek it, live it and allow our surroundings to ignite a fire within us. Nothing in life comes from just being. You have to get doing, to start living the life you want.
