“You are essentially who you create yourself to be and all that occurs in your life is the result of your own making.” ― Stephen Richards

I can bet that you don't always speak nicely to yourself. With over 60,000 thoughts going through your head it can be hard to make all those thoughts 100% kind, loving and supportive to yourself. We are only human and are met with constant obstacles, situations, encounters and problems to solve. I understand completely and don't always have 100 % kind thoughts to myself, but am working on it. Will it ever be perfect, no, but I do have a choice in all of this, so if I can do something about it, you better believe I will!

“Action cures fear.”

What do you say to yourself? Are you constantly repeating yourself and telling yourself the same negative thoughts? Do you actually believe them? Do you go to bed thinking them, and wake up with the same thoughts? Does it feel like a dark cloud is following you wherever you go?

You aren't alone.

What happens when we continually do and say these things? They start to come true!! Seriously. We are what we think and believe. They are embedded in our subconscious, and then make their way into our conscious mind and we start to live them out. What we continually put our thoughts on, become a part of us, it gets imprinted into our cells and we start to embody it. I know I repeatedly say these, but our minds are EVER powerful. I believe that our minds control our bodies. “The point is this: Big thinkers are specialists in creating positive, forward-looking, optimistic pictures in their own minds and in the minds of others. To think big, we must use words and phrases that produce big, positive mental images.”

I see this a lot with people who want to lose weight. They are constantly stressed, and negative towards their bodies. They don't embrace there bodies in the now, trusting that with positivity, hard work, releasing this stress, and embracing the process that they will get to where they want to be! When they are consistently down and out about them themselves and their situation they usually never reach their desired body. Because our bodies are smart, very smart. When this constant stress envelops our lives, we go into our survival mode and are hormones go c r a z y. We can be eating the healthiest and purest of diets, and still pack on pounds because of stress.

So what to do?

We have to start affirming ourselves and changing our thoughts. This is a non-negotiable! I believe in affirmations so, so much and used them a lot when I was very ill. I still use them, and have discovered a few new ones that I wanted to share with you today. After the crazy, intense supermoon I had quite the week, and started to feel a little achy and not myself. Lots of energy shifted, and I now have to harness it for my good. Now is the time for change, and going after what you want.

Here are some of my favorite affirmations that I've been repeating at least twice a day, or whenever I can:

Divine love floods my consciousness with health, and every cell in my body is filled with light.

I now let go of worn our conditions and worn out things. Divine order is established in my mind, body and affairs. Behold, I make all things new.

Endless good now comes to me in endless ways.

I give thanks for my whirlwind success. I sweep all before me for I work with the spirit and follow the Divine Plan of my life.

I am harmonious, poised and magnetic.

I banish the past and now live in the wonderful now, where happy surprises come to me each day.

The genius within me is now released. I now fulfill my destiny.

Rhythm, harmony and balance are now established in my mind, body and affairs.

The Divine Plan of my life now takes shape in definite, concrete experiences leading to my hearts desire.

My good now flows to me in a steady, unbroken, ever increasing stream of success, happiness and abundance.

Every man is a golden link in the chain of my good.

I now release the gold-mine within me. I am linked with an endless golden stream of prosperity which comes to me under grace in perfect ways.

Unexpected doors fly open, unexpected channels are free and endless avalanches of abundance are poured out upon me, under grace in perfect ways.

I can feel the change! Did anybody else have a roller coaster week last week? What are you looking forward to this new season and what are you working on? I always, always love hearing from you.

Have a beautiful Monday. Tides are changing....
