There are many things in life that will catch your eye, but only a few will catch your heart.

I speak about passion all the time, because one of my PASSIONS is helping people get to where they want to be. Whether it's through my services - fashion, nutrition, goal coaching OR all of the above OR simply being there for them. I want nothing more in life than to help the people around me become a success and realize their FULL potential. I believe that EVERYONE has the tools within themselves to live and create their BEST and most optimal life! Dreams do and will come true, you just have to believe & work hard to get there. Neglecting your passion blocks creative flow. When you’re passionate, you’re energized. Likewise, when you lack passion, your energy is low and unproductive. Energy is everything when it comes to being successful in anything in life.

I FIRMLY believe that everybody has a passion or talent, even if they haven’t worked out exactly what it is yet. You have something inside yourself that NO ONE else on this planet possesses. So my advice - SHARE IT!

If you’re still in the process of pinpointing yours then answer the following questions, I promise that it will help . . . and give you an AMAZING launching pad. The worst thing you can do is not do ANYTHING. You wish, hope, dream about doing something different, but are you actually doing the work to get there? If not I believe these questions will be a good place to start :

Who do you admire in the work sphere and why?

When was the last time you experienced ‘flow’ (were so absorbed in what you were doing that you lost track of time)

What expertise do friends and family come to you for advice on?

If you won the lottery tomorrow and had no financial concerns, how would you spend your life?

If you were to give a graduation speech at a University, what would your take-home message be?

What inspiring thoughts keep you up at night?

What topics do you find yourself automatically researching on the internet?

What did you want to be as a child?

If you were to write a best-selling self-help book, imparting your knowledge, what would the title be?

What are your strengths, according to those closest to you?

What’s your favorite me-time activity?

What do you imagine in your daydreams?

What would you try if you knew you couldn’t fail?

Which of your current work responsibilities would you happily do for free?

If you were asked to do a lecture as a guest speaker, what would your specialist subject be?

Find what makes you come ALIVE, whatever it is. Become it and let it become you, and great things happen FOR you, TO you and BECAUSE of you.

Don't let 2014 pass you by. . . we are already a week in! Spread your love + passion.
