DAY OF THANKS.

“Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.” ― Marcel Proust

On THE 'official' day of thanks I want to share with you what I'm grateful for - It seriously brings me to tears, with how happy I am, and HOW grateful I am for EVERYONE + THING in my life. I wish for only happiness and health for those who who I love, who love me, or who are yet to find these in their life.

things I am thankful for + love:

-FAMILY (blood + friends who have become family). OLD FRIENDS - NEW FRIENDS . Hands down - without these I wouldn't be here. If you are reading this, and apart of my life in anyway. I love you, I'm here for you, and I would do anything for you.

-my love (who is my family + best friend), my heart swells up with love, joy + gratitude every time I think of him – which is every moment, as he’s in my heart wherever I go

-having a body that is able to walk, jump, stretch, do yoga, surf, box, dance...

-laughing so hard my tummy hurts + tears rolling down my face

-perfume / scents / essential oils

-having had my mama in my life for as long as I did. Even though I lost my angel when I was 18, I give thanks for her daily, and everything she taught me. I am the woman that I am, because of her strength, love and endless giving. Most selfless person I know.

-NATURE

-walking, I love to walk home, in nature, exploring a new city, with no destination

-raw fooooooooood

-spending countless hours at small local coffee shops w/ loved ones & good books

-being disconnected - no phones, no computers, no technology. moments are sacred and do not need to be recorded. TIME is precious, time spend with loved ones is priceless. You won't remember anything anyone else is doing on a screen, but you will remember the laughs, hugs, conversations, memories made for eternity.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian Souls, and if you aren't living in Canada, it's ok because every. single. day is a celebration of love, life, thankfulness, gratitude, laughter and being the light.
