Another raw dinner last night that I wanted to share. It is so easy, quick and BEYOND delicious.

When it comes to food and cooking, I believe the simpler the better. You don't have to do a whole lot to natures amazing creations.

What we have:

*All organic

-a whole head of romaine -a whole small avocado -half of a english cucumber -2 big handfuls of raw bean sprouts (sprouts are one of the best foods you can eat!) -apple cider vinegar (always unpasteurized) as dressing

+++ these amazing raw crackers are from a local woman in Grindrod, British Colombia, Canada. I met her about 2 months ago and her story is so beautiful. She started the company at 62 (!) YES anything is possible, and it is never too late to start. AND because of her raw food discovery (at around 50) she literally looks 40 (and just turned 65). I was so inspired by her and didn't even realize we had spent 45 minutes chatting in the middle of the green market. She is also a raw foods chef and gives classes to now help others discover not only raw foods and eating, BUT the incredible power of real food. That is the kicker! It is not about going 100% all in or out. But about incorporating MORE greens and natures bounty into your life.

If she can do this, and follow her purpose and passion. Then so can you. Never give up on what you truly, truly want. No matter what ANYONE says. Follow your heart and bliss.
