What do you carry around in your bag?

I would consider myself quite the minimalist, so today I'm going to give you an inside peek into what I carry about.

My wonderful Stella McCartney Falabella which I've had for years AND years, and still absolutely love - it's genius. It can fit a multitude of objects, and doesn't seem to weigh me down like a brick!

Check it out:

My DoTerra Essential Oils : this is but a small collection of them, but I also have peppermint (headaches, pain), Citrus Bliss (rejuvenation), Whisper (scent). Check them out HERE

Sukin organic/natural hand cream : the best hand cream on the market! It's completely free of any nasties, and does not leave a greasy film which I find so many hand creams do. Perfection in my books!

Hurraw Lip Balm : Another one of my favorites! They come in the most insane flavors and are all raw, vegan, organic, etc...

Floss: Must, especially as I munch on Kale and seaweed more often than not.

RMS: Always have one of their lip shines in my purse - either Moment or Bloom

Tea: This is my all. time. favorite tea. I have MANY, but this tops the charts. I got hooked in NYC, and they don't sell it in Canada so I order it online. It soothes you like you wouldn't believe (do to the Kava root)

Rose Quartz Crystal: I am not crazy into crystals, but this one is special and I carry it in my purse always. It is the most important stone for the heart, brining one love, infinite peace, and deep inner-healing. It helps one to attract love (hello!), either helping one to attain a relationship or stimulating an already existing one. It teaches self-love, self-acceptance, and self-forgiveness.

Wallet: It's time for a new one...have had this one forever, and I'm not even a pink person! It's starting to rip in a multitude of places so will be on the hunt for a replacement.

Moleskin and pen: Always. To jot down appointments, notes, inspirations, etc...

Things not shown: iPhone, at least a litre of water, snack, and I always carry a book with me! (I'm reading Nelsons Mandela book right now so it's quite the brick!). This all fits in my bag! It is a bit heavy at times but completely manageable.

What are your daily necessities? Would love to hear!

love & light
