YOUR 4 WEEK FOUNDATION

WEEK ONE - THE DISCOVERY - YOUR DREAM STATE

Tap into your intuition, create your dream state, and begin the journey to live it.

Discovering your dream state of health and life, in body, mind, and soul. You will discover what this is for You because if you don’t know where you want to go, how will you get there? We all need direction, but the most important thing is our internal compass. It’s often walking the unbeaten path into the unknown where you will discover this dream state. Due to our conditioning, we might not think that such a state exists for us - this week we will discover that it does exist, and it’s been with us always.

WEEK TWO - INTERNAL + EXTERNAL FOCUS

Reclaim your internal power.

Where does your energy, focus, and power go? During this week we will dig into your subconscious to bring forth self-awareness, light, and conscious action in the face of symptoms and the daily stresses of life. This will guide you into reclaiming your own internal power + truth.

WEEK THREE - YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM - WHAT YOU BELIEVE

Recognize your limiting beliefs and cultivate those that empower you.

Everything that manifests in your life is a reflection of what you believe. Your actions, thoughts, and emotions flow from here. The big question here is - What do you believe when it comes to your health, wellness, healing, current state, Self? Some bigger questions + work, but during week three you will explore your belief systems, and start laying your own Foundation for your most radiant and authentic belief system. If we believe we will never get to our “dream state”, we most likely never will as we will subconsciously sabotage our efforts. This week is a biggie!

WEEK FOUR - CELLULAR NUTRITION - WHAT FEEDS YOUR CELLS

Uncover your unique nutrition code.

Can you get away from all styles, diets, and labels to focus on what eating means to you on a cellular level? On some level you know that you have a unique body, and soul, yet for most of our lives we’re trying to fit ourselves into a “mold”. Maybe this serves you, maybe it doesn’t - what’s of importance here is that you start to see food on a cellular basis, so you can drop labels, restrictions + dogma, to gain freedom in the food you eat. Eating should be freeing. Eating has become so complicated, when all it should be is nourishing for You. Together we will discover what this means for you, and how to start laying your Foundation to discover your unique cellular nutrition code.

HOW TO NAVIGATE THESE NEXT FOUR WEEKS

First of all, this is just suggested - Please feel free to navigate in any length of time you want (intuit this for yourself), but the program was designed over a 4 - Week period for things to sink in deeper, and for you to have time to practice installing the new programs, beliefs, habits, and actions. Four weeks was chosen as it takes over 21 days to in still new habits, wrap our head around new concepts, with enough time to do the work to get there!

NAVIGATION

Read + Complete Day 1 titled “ WELCOME”

Transition straight into Week 1 or start the next day or two - Complete the lesson, listen to the Healing Track, and go through the journal questions ( ~ 30-60 min of work on each day of the New Week)

Listen to Week 1 Healing Track for the remainder of the week Daily — This will help you:

A) Get your body into your parasympathetic nervous system (healing / rest / digest) state

B) Allow the tracks to ignite any other stuff that comes up, or other places you want to navigate or explore ( You only go as deep as you want)

Along with listening to the daily HEALING TRACK each day - I want you to freestyle journal after, whatever came up for You while listening (thought, insight, affirmation, intuitive download) OR revisit the journal questions for the appropriate week — You can add, maybe cross out, or start anew with different answers…

( ~ 15-20 min daily work )

Everyone is different, so trust that you will be guided along by your own inner guide as well
